Application
Conductive fabric over foam gaskets are made of conductive fiber fabric over foam wrapped in polyurethane foam sponge or silicone foam rubber. They are the type of gaskets that require the least pressure and are the lightest to achieve a certain shielding effectiveness. The foam core of the gasket has high elasticity and consistency, and the conductive fiber fabric over foam wrapped on the outer layer can provide excellent electromagnetic shielding effectiveness. Commonly used conductive fabric over foam gaskets include nickel-plated copper wrapped polyurethane foam sponge gaskets and nickel-plated copper wrapped silicone foam rubber gaskets. Among them, the polyurethane foam sponge core has a higher cost-effectiveness; the silicone foam rubber core has a stronger flame retardancy and is more suitable for some occasions with high fire protection requirements.

Part 1: DSFF stands for Conductive fabric over foam Backing;
Part 2: The first digit represents the cross-sectional shape of the gasket; for example, 4 represents a rectangle; the second digit represents the core material. 1 represents polyurethane foam Cotton, 0 represents silicone foam rubber.
Part 3: represents the length*width of the gasket section, such as 030010 represents 3mm*1mm.

Instructions
Conventional conductive fabric over foam gasket products are all equipped with adhesive backing, which can be directly installed on the metal surface. If adhesive backing is not required, please indicate it when placing an order. Some conductive fabric over foam gasket products (rectangular, D-shaped, etc.) also support slotted installation.
Ordering Instructions
The standard length of the conductive fabric over foam gasket is 1 meter. If you have special requirements, please indicate it when ordering. The conductive fabric over foam gasket can be processed into a flat gasket and a strip gasket of various cross-sections. Among them, the flat conductive fabric over foam gasket can be die-cut into gaskets of various shapes according to customer needs, and the cross-section of the strip gasket can also be customized according to customer needs.
