    ITO layer shielded windows

    ITO layer shielded windows

    ITO coating shielding window is made by forming a dense conductive film on the surface of ordinary or tempered glass using vacuum sputtering and other processes. It has the advantages of high light transmittance, no optical distortion, strong environmental adaptability, etc. It is suitable for display observation windows of various shapes and sizes. It is the lowest cost type of shielding light-transmitting material and is also one of the most commonly used shielded glass.
    Performance characteristics
    · Very thin (the thickness is much smaller than the wavelength of the electromagnetic wave), so its shielding effectiveness remains constant and does not increase with the increase of frequency
    · Has good conductivity and light transmittance, no interference stripes, no need for angles, good flatness
    · Has excellent conductivity and light transmittance, the minimum square resistance can be about 3 ohms, and the light transmittance is more than 75-90%

    Transparent EMI shielding glass is made by adding a PC film with a metal mesh made by a special process to two supporting materials or laminating it to a single supporting material. The supporting material uses high-transmittance glass, high-transmittance acrylic/PC, etc. The combination of high-transmittance wire mesh and high-transmittance supporting material meets the special requirements of high-definition display shielding windows and the impact/vibration requirements and weight requirements of some special uses.
    Features:
    It has good shielding effect, high light transmittance (light transmittance> about 85%), no image deformation, etc. The product is easy to install and has a simple structure for easy later maintenance.
