Steel Honeycomb Ventilation Panels are regular hexagonal honeycomb shielding ventilation panels made of carbon steel or stainless steel strips through a special process. They have the characteristics of large ventilation volume, firmness, not easy to deform, strong resistance to mechanical impact, and wideband high shielding efficiency. They are particularly suitable for equipment and facilities such as chassis (cabinets), electronic cabins, and shielding rooms with high shielding efficiency requirements and harsh application environments such as impact and vibration resistance.

Shielded aluminium honeycomb vent
- Shielded aluminium honeycomb vent is a regular hexagonal honeycomb shielding panels made of high-quality aluminum honeycomb and aluminum alloy by extrusion or spinning frame profile through mechanical connection. It has the characteristics of high shielding efficiency, large ventilation volume and light weight. Under the conditions of the same aluminum honeycomb aperture, the same material and the same thickness, the type of conductive coating on the surface determines the shielding efficiency. The surface coating treatment is chromate oxidation, chemical nickel plating or electroplating tin. Multi-layer dustproof electromagnetic shielding ventilation panels can also be customized according to customer needs.

Dust filter shielding air vent
- Dust filter shielding air vent is a new type of shielding ventilation component made of nickel foamed metal and high magnetic permeability metal mesh. The surface high magnetic permeability metal mesh provides high low-frequency magnetic shielding performance, while also protecting the foamed metal (relatively soft in texture); the metal micropores of the foamed metal are small in size, and can achieve high shielding efficiency and dust filtering performance within a limited thickness.
