    Elastomer core mesh gasket

    Elastomer core mesh gasket is a product made of single or multiple layers of metal mesh woven around an elastic inner core. The metal mesh has good conductivity and plays a role in shielding EMI/EMP. The inner core material has good compressibility and resilience and plays an environmental sealing role. The optional materials for the metal wire mainly include tin-plated phosphor bronze, tin-plated copper-clad steel and monel; the optional materials for the inner core mainly include polychloroprene rubber, silicone rubber sponge and low-pressure rubber tube.

    Beryllium copper round hollow metal wire mesh gasket is woven from beryllium copper wire mesh and has excellent elasticity and flexibility. This wire mesh strip has higher shielding effectiveness than other wire mesh strips and only requires very low compression force during installation. Products with a variety of plating and sizes are available, and common platings include tin plating, nickel plating, etc.

    Shielding tape is a single-layer tubular wire mesh braided tape made of highly flexible metal wires such as tinned copper steel wire and nickel-copper alloy wire. By overlapping (at least 1/3 overlap) and wrapping around bare wire bundles or shielded cables with poor shielding performance, it can effectively improve the shielding performance.
