Description

Directed wire Silicone gasket is a special shielding material made of many independent fine wires embedded in silicone solid Silicone or silicone sponge Silicone. These filaments are made of Monel, which is flexible and elastic, ensuring good resilience and electrical conductivity. According to the different Silicone, it can be divided into: oriented metal wire filled silicone solid Silicone village pads and oriented metal wire filled silicone sponge Silicone village pads.

Directed metal wire filled solid silicone Silicone village pad is made by embedding many independent fine metal wires into solid silicone Silicone. It has excellent electromagnetic shielding performance, environmental adaptability, water vapor sealing and salt spray corrosion resistance.

Directed wire filled silicone sponge Silicone village pads are made by embedding many independent fine wires into a soft closed-cell silicone sponge Silicone, which has remarkable compressibility, recovery and firmness.
